Derrière Les Locations Champenoises®, il y a avant tout une aventure familiale, locale et passionnée, née au cœur du vignoble champenois entre Épernay, la Vallée de la Marne et les villages viticoles classés UNESCO.
Anaïs, co-founder of Les Locations Champenoises, is a commerce expert who began her career at Leroy Merlin. She later joined a leading company in water treatment, where she seized a significant opportunity.
Passionate about travel, interior design, and event organization, she co-founded SARL A&MI in July 2023, realizing her entrepreneurial dream and creating unique experiences for travelers. This is how the brand "Les Locations Champenoises" came to life.
Mathieu, co-fondateur des Locations Champenoises, possède quant à lui une solide expérience dans le secteur du vin, du tourisme et de l’œnotourisme en Champagne. Après des études en commercialisation des vins et spiritueux, il part travailler en Australie chez un importateur puis dans un domaine viticole. Devenu bilingue, il rejoint ensuite le domaine familial Champagne Jacques Copin, où il occupe un rôle polyvalent mêlant développement commercial, vinification et accueil touristique. Il participe également au développement international de la marque Champagne Jacques Copin à travers de nombreux salons et actions commerciales à l’étranger.
Mathieu, co-founder of "Les Locations Champenoises," has extensive experience in the wine and tourism sectors. After studying wine marketing, he worked in Australia for an importer and a winery. Becoming bilingual, he later joined the family winery in Champagne, where he holds a versatile role as sales manager, winemaker, and key player in wine tourism. He is also involved in developing the Champagne Jacques Copin brand internationally.
In July 2023, he co-founded SARL A&MI, leveraging his expertise and passion for entrepreneurship.
Des hébergements touristiques uniques en Champagne
Building on our successful experience, we acquired our first apartment for tourist rental in 2020. After a year of seasonal renting, it turned out to be a remarkable success! We then confirmed this achievement with a second property, also located in the heart of Épernay, and we already have a third project underway.
Additionally, Mathieu's parents have converted a house into a guesthouse in Verneuil, and his sister, along with her partner, is preparing to embark on this adventure as well. Welcoming tourists in Champagne has truly become our specialty!
