Located 1.5 hours from Paris, it offers a privileged setting, perfect for relaxation during your stay!
Welcome to our charming residence, rated 4 stars by the French Ministry of Tourism in 2024, in the heart of the Champagne vineyards! Our house offers a warm and friendly atmosphere for your stay. Nestled in a small town, it is close to all amenities (supermarkets, hairdressers, bars, tobacconists, the traditional Saturday market...).
- A large garden: Enclosed, it invites you to relax on a spacious terrace where you can enjoy sunny days and starry evenings. (BBQ available in the outdoor storage)
- Ground floor: You'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining room, a large welcoming living room, and a separate toilet for your convenience. (Raclette, fondue, and mini crêpe machines are available in the dining room buffet)
- First floor: A spacious landing with a single bed (90x200), two elegant bedrooms, one with a king-size bed (180x200), the other with a double bed (140x200), a large modern shower room for your comfort, and a separate toilet complete this level.
- Second floor: A first bedroom with two single beds (90x200), and a second bedroom with a double bed (140x200). (Please note that the second floor has sloped ceilings, so mind your head!)
- Outside: You’ll discover a lush garden, a closed courtyard, and a large terrace equipped with a bioclimatic pergola, a gas plancha, and garden furniture. It's the perfect spot to enjoy outdoor moments with friends and family, surrounded by the charm of the Champagne vineyards.
- Parking: There is a closed garage on the property and a large driveway to park several vehicles, offering peace of mind during your stay.
- Basement: Not accessible to guests. (It's used for storage of cleaning materials and other supplies). Upon request before your stay, we can provide: a baby crib, high chair, ironing board, iron, and fans for summer.

You have access to the entire property. We do not live on-site but are located in the same town.
